Led by Nicaraguan Chef, Gabriela Chamorro, Girl & the Goose is a deeply personal homage to her roots and lifelong passion for the flavors and techniques of seven Central American nations including Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, and Panama. The menu reflects her heritage as well as her extensive travels, blending regional culinary traditions with a global contemporary perspective. The menu pays tribute to Central America with starters inspired by the region’s vibrant street food culture, bold yet approachable mains, and tropical desserts made for sharing. The beverage menu features cocktails and drinks infused with native ingredients, celebrating the seven nations.
