Car Damage Liabilities
The car rental individual is liable for all the damages caused to the vehicle during the period of your rental.
The car renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls, and the violations incurred by them.
The renter is responsible for paying for repairs if the car is returned with interior damage, abuse, or neglect.
Charges for serious accidents could include downtime and repair expenses.
Driver’s license requirement
Dubai Resident Individuals have to present: Emirates ID and Driving license.
International Tourists: Passport and an International Driving license.
The primary driver and all other drivers must present their driver's licenses in their names when they pick up the vehicle.
Every driver needs to have had their license for a minimum of one year.
